Our new Blanco Tequila is a result of 10 years evolving our craft, a testament to a time-honoured process and desire to produce authentic Tequila with the ultimate purity. For the next generation of Tiempo we have partnered with legendry agave farmer Miguel Rios to bring the best agave from the Tequila Valley and it also sees us move to his small family distillery in San Juanito De Escobedo.

Tiempo is made using our own time-honoured process by some of the best Tequileros in the World. We work with Mother Nature to capture the natural and authentic taste of Agave with only the highest purity in mind. There’s over 2550 days in every bottle, so we say slow down, respect the craft and savour the taste of time.
- AGAVE: 6-8 yrs Valley, Jalisco. Rios family. Minimum 23 Brix
- COOKING: Steamed in traditional Hornos for 48hrs
- EXTRACTION: Roller Mill, Deep Well Water
- FERMENTATION: 72hrs Open Air in Stainless Steel. Natural Yeast
- DISTILLATION: Twice in Pot Stills, Copper Coil
- STABALISATION: Stainless Steel, up to 30 days

AROMA: Crisp, bright agave with lively citrus notes and a fresh herbaceousness including white pepper and minerality.
TASTE: Fresh cooked and raw agave, sweet green notes, mint and a touch of earthiness.

FINISH: Thick, viscous mouthfeel with a long harmonious finish.
